Promotional Offers from Auto Fasteners and Clips. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by Auto Fasteners and Clips to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to cs@completeproductgroup.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to Auto Fasteners and Clips as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

In some cases, we may enable our customers to access their accounts for such purposes. For security purposes, we may request PI from you in connection with such access. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. We may retain and use PI for such periods of time as required or permitted by law or best business practices.
State Privacy Laws
We do not meet the conditions as outlined in Section 1798.140 of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) and therefore are not subject to CCPA requirements. We also do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, or Utah Consumer Privacy Act and are therefore are not subject to the requirements of these laws. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Passwords are stored on our server in encrypted form. If you lose your password, we will generate a new one and send it to you. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.
Unrelated Third Party Links and Information. Our Site contains links to other websites, or other information and materials provided by third parties (by way of example, manufacturer warranty information). Applicable Jurisdiction. This Policy applies to our customers, and to visitors to our Site, which for purposes of this Agreement is located in the State of Kentucky, USA. We do not represent that it complies with privacy laws outside the United States.

If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Site home page.
